As agreed at our last
meeting, Mr Frankie Heng (A-23-07) spoke with Mr George Yee on 6 July 2001
to request a meeting with the management office. However, Mr George Yee
replied saying that he had to study the request carefully since he was
concerned that we did not represent a majority of the owners. No update from
Mr Yee to date.. We will continue these efforts to establish a clear line
of communication

The members present
decided that an official letter to TVM and AsiaQuest Sdn Bhd, stating that:
1. This petition represents a
significant proportion of the owners and residents of Vista Kiara
2. We would like to use this forum
to work with Triomphe Vista Management Sdn Bhd
3. We look forward to TVM’s
co-operation and collaboration

If we need a majority
of owners, we can get additional signatures by providing a proxy form for
the tenants to ask their owners to sign, as well as contacting the overseas
owners. However, we hope that TVM agree to recognize the current set-up and
we can avoid this additional time and effort
