- Responsible for checking guests in and oout, answering all the questions that they have, such as providing phone numbers and directions and giving them suggestions about where to vist in twon, and taking all the complaints and possibly making arrangements for the guests when it is needed

- Responsible for assigning works for the workers, giving them advice on how to improve their skills, and making sure they are doing everything correctly
- Need to make sure that all the workers aare treated equally and nicely
- Help to build a nice working environmentt between the workers and the managers
- Responsible for giving the customers a ssatisfactory answer when there is a complain
