Gaining knowledge
Besides applying and sharing my knowledge, I also hope that I can gain some new knowledge from my job. I always have the feeling that what we are learning at school is very different from what we will learn in the real world. As a result, I will try my best to learn everything to make myself become more educated.

Learning from others
Learning from the job is not going to be enough, I strongly believe that we should all learn from our co-workers. Everyone in the same working environment look at things differently, by learning each other's conception, we will be able to see things from different point of views. To me, getting the real experience is more important than making money. Experience is extremely valuable and is something that money cannot buy.

Improving my other skills
While I am getting more working experience from the real world, I want to get better at communicating with the others, making important decisions and solving problems as well. More importantly, I want to share my culture with other people as well as to learn other cultures.

Being supportive to coworkers
Finally, I would like to create a nice and fun working environment. Being serious in the job is very important, however, everyone needs to be relax once a while. Therefore, I would like to bring my happiness to the working environment. Besides bringing happiness, I would also try to be encouraging and supportive. I believe that co-workers' support are very important and, while I want my co-workers to be supportive, I will be supportive to them too.
