Extra credit will be given out on an individual basis.  It is the student's obligation to think of something that is relevant to the course to investigate or complete.  They must get teacher approval PRIOR to completing it.  The value of any extra credit assignment will be between 1 and 10 points (depending on quality) which will be applied to the "total points earned" part of the formula for determining their grade (see grading procedure).

ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WHEN THERE IS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS TO GO IN A MARKING PERIOD.
