European Research Associates is a research Network of professors in social science research and deemed a ‘Network of Excellence’ by the European Commission as an instrument for undertaking research projects in FRAMEWORK PROJECT 6.  FP6 is Europe’s major initiative to support research and technological development with an overall budget of 19.96 billion euro over the period 2002-2006, this will be used to fund RTD projects which meet the aims and priorities of FP6 up to 31 December 2006. I currently run the Secretariat of the Network

1. keep records of the network
2. keep members informed through the weekly lists and monthly newsletters
3. identify potential projects through calls for tenders and proposals
4. notifiy members who might be interested in the projects
5. coordinate the preparation of the proposals
6. organise the tasks to be accomplished under successful bids
7. coordinate the project execution and prepare the project reports
8. organise the network seminars and general assemblies
9. give secretarial support to members on matters relating to the network

  • From scratch we managed to establish two very successful and profitable newspapers.

  • Co-ordinated the activities of a television station. 

  • Worked on the production of programmes, trailers and advertising for four of the major clients, Mobitel 911, Alliance Airlines and Voyager Card, Vital Health, DTV Travel Guide.
