Events are very complicated. A host (usually myself) will hold an event in a certain discipline. Each has its own set fees, but we'll get to that later.
First off, there will be a deadline. A week is usually the longest amount given for Noul to enter an even. After that week, the host no longer accepts participants and begins judging.
Judging is based completley off of stats. To explain, we'll use the Discipline "Tracking" for example.
1. The major stats will be added together, and divided by the total number of stats. Get rid of the decimal point, and just use the whole number that pops up.
Eg. Stamina: 35/100, Speed: 63/100, Intelligence:80/100 = 178/300 = 0.59 (rounded to the nearest tenth) = 59
2. After doing this for each Noul entered in the event, list the percentages in order from least to greatest.
Eg. 10, 25, 25, 41, 44, 59, 63, 76, 80
3. Give numbers to each of the Noul, according to their placement in the numberline. Make sure each number is different!
Eg. 59 = 6 numbers (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21)
...or, if there are any percentages that are the same, award them the same amount of numbers
Eg. 25 and 25 will both recieve 2 numbers (2,3 and 4,5), which would make our 59 have the following numbers instead: (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)
4. Find a randomizer (http://www.random.org works well), enter your highest and lowest number, and click 'randomize'
Eg. 1 - 42
5. Take whatever number came up first on the list, and that's your winner! The Noul will place as the numbers are listed in the randomizer, but keep in mind that each Noul can only have one place (whichever comes up first).
