Officially Misssing You - Tamia

teresa presented "still by tamia" during photo on friday. it was really nice. stu presented "ill be missing you by puff daddy" which was really sad since it was about his passed grandpa.

i started reading an article in sports illustrated about grant hill, only to learn his wife is tamia! then i read an article online saying how tamia's song "still" is about her love with grant hill! tamia is pretty good looking. it's weird but i like songs better when the artists looks good :( i know, im shallow... i try not to be, but i can't help it sometimes.

grant hill. what an awesome story. 5 ankle surgeries since 2000 and close call in the ER, he doesn't quit. came back for the love of the game. altered his pre-injury slashing style into a new, crafty, rip-hamilton-esque mid range jumper style. yet, he still demonstrates spectacular athleticsm. another dukie, jay williams, is rehabing from an almost fatal motorcycle accident in 2003. a shattered pelvis, a severed nerve in his left leg, torn three main leigaments in his left knee. career over? a little over a year later, he dunks. you go boy.

hayla people came to martin's focus class to prep for presentations. i went to my car to get my sword, and when i was coming back, i noticed hundreds of acorns scattered beneath a tree. i stomped on one, cracking it open. it looked like an almond. fascinated, i brought two acorns back to class. before i went in, i showed erik. we smelled it. no smell. seemed safe. so we decided to split an acorn into two and eat it. oh-my-buddha. it was one of the bitterest and dryest things i've ever put into my mouth!!! we started spitting all over the place. although that was one of the stupidest things i've ever done, im so proud of myself!
