General This is a personal Home Page. You will see family news, church news, and work news. We are originally from Egypt. I came to the USA in 1969. Attended Iowa State University. I worked for HP in Loveland Colorado from 1974 to 1981. I am now with Boeing in St. Louis. Started with McDonnell Douglas Astronautics in 1981. McDonnell Douglas Merged with Boeing in 1997.

Family I am the most fortunate person I know. I was married on August 6, 1973 to Laila G. Awad, M.D. in a Church ceremony attended by more than 400 people at the Cathedral of St. Mark, known as Cleopatra Church in Masr El-gadida (new Cairo), Cairo Egypt. ..more in the follow on pages

Work I am a technical Fellow in Advanced Avionics (Aviation Electronics). I also teach Computer Systems Architecture and Design at the Graduate Engineering Center of University of Missouri-Rolla. The Center is on the Campus of UMSL (University of Missouri in St. Louis). Computers and related technologies is my career of 35 years, and it is my hobby also. 

Church I am a member of St. Mary and St. Abraam Coptic Orthodox Church in St. Louis. I developed a Web Page for the Coptic Orthodox Faith in General, and the local Church in particular (alternate Web Site).

Hobbies I Love travel and photography and when I have time, I play tennis
