Administrative Branch

Legislative Branch

Judicial Branch

In my humble opinion the Judiciary branch of government is the most important of all three, because the legislature can approve bills that are not according to the spirit and the letter of the constitution, and the administrations do from time to time exceed the limits of the laws of the land. The Judiciary is the branch of our democratic government that is supposed to review both and make sure that our constitution is not violated through actions of any of the branches of government. Our judiciary is a hierarchy starting at the top of the pyramid with the supreme court, nine associate judges with one elected as the head justice of the supreme courts, then the courts of appeal, and the federal courts, etc. It is my humble opinion that the supreme court needs to be reformed to go back to the Spirit and the Letter of the law and lead us out of the anything goes legislations we have today. Examples are the liberal stand on homosexuality, and abortion.
