Nationalism [bottom]
Four men are in an airplane, a Frenchman, an Englishman, an American, and a Mexican. They are each to jump out. The Frenchman goes first. He jumps out the door, yelling "VIVE LA FRANCE!". The Englishman goes next. His rallying cry is "GOD SAVE THE KING!" The American, not to be outdone, makes his own cheer. He yells "REMEMBER THE ALAMO!" as he throws the Mexican man out the door.
