August 6 1981 - The Farmington Hills MI PD Pick Up William. Is this the start of his career on the wrong side of the law?

March 12 1982 - Picked Up in Redwood City CA for Burglary

November 16 1983 - The Seminole County FL Sheriffs arrest our boy for Forgery and Larceny (what ever that is)

April 19, 1984 - William was sentenced to prison for his one count of Forgery and one count of Felony Larceny in Seminole County

December 7, 1984 - A day that will live in infamy at least in Honolulu - Our boy is arrested for Theft by the Honolulu PD.

January 21 1985 - Our Boy was found guilty of theft in the Honolulu courts of theft and sentenced to 90 Days Confinement, 5 year Probation and a restitution of $695.

July 18 1985 - Remember that Burglary charge in Redwood City back in 1982, well the case was dismissed

July 18 1985 - Whoops, they didn't get him for that, BUT they did get him on a Petty Theft Merchandise Charge for which he got Probation and a fine for this Misdemeanor

June 24, 1986 - The Tampa International Airport Police Pick up our boy on a fugitive warrant for two felony counts.

June 26, 1986 - The Tampa International Airport Police Pick up our boy again. This time on three counts of felony larceny. You think he would fly out of Orlando Airport, where they might not recognize him.

July 16, 1986 - Well we know he wasn't in Redwood City again, but the Police there issued a warrant out for his arrest for Grand Theft Property.

December 4 1986 - Carmel California PD pick up our boy on two counts of theft by use of a credit card.

December 19 1987 - William joins the California Department of Corrections, Convicted of three counts of Forging a name on a credit card AND those two counts of theft by use of a credit card

2-8-89 - Orange County FL arrest our boy for felony larceny

April 21, 1989 - Paroled from Prison in California

August 29 1990 - Police in Winter Haven FL arrest our boy for Felony Larceny

October 25 1990 - Sheriffs in Orange county FL arrest our boy for unlawful flight. I wonder what he was flighting from?

October 26 1990 - William was found guilty and convicted Felony Larceny in Orange County FL

February 10 1995 - William meets JG at a Discus Seminar, Riverview Hotel, Tampa where he was living with Tracy Leary in an unoccupied room.

September 2 1995 - William joins the crew of Lollypop to attend the Labor Day Raft Up in Boca Ciega Bay

October 3 1995 - 8 AM - William has a meeting with? (Can you fill in the blanks)

October 3 1995 - 10 AM - William has a meeting with an Attorney. As recalled he said something about problems with Jan.

October 18 1995 - William flys in from Miami on Continental Flight 2800

December 12 1995 Meeting Windjammers - William Meets Deborah Holland

March 18, 1996 - William has a day in court

April 26, 1996 - Start of the St. Petersburg to Isla Mujares Race, William is on board Lollypop with Girlfriend Deborah Holland.

April 26 to May 5 1996 - William is on the Isla Mujares Race or in Isla Mujares, Mexico

September 2, 1996 - Labor Day Raft Up Boca Ciega Yacht Club

September 11, 1996 - William comes back from somewhere

September 25, 1996 - William at World Gym of Brandon

October 15 1995 - William has a meeting on the Yacht Looypop with ? (Can you fill in the blanks)

October 16 1995 - William has another meeting on the Yacht Lollypop with ? (Can you fill in the blanks)

November 21 1995 - 10:00 - William Comes to the  Yacht Lollypop to prep for a meeting with Doctor (****) at 11 AM.

November 16 1996 - A Family of Eagles meeting with Rick Davis, Mark Gymrik aboard Lollypop, others in attendance were Renee LeBlanc, Tiva Noble and Bob Pearson.  Bob Pearson was Rick and Mark's Upline.

November 17 1996 - William wakes up in the Presidentail Suite on Lollypop with Renee LeBlanc next to him after a hot night of Passion.  Read it and weep Deborah and Vanette.

November 22 1996 - Pinellas County FL Sheriffs Arrest our boy for Larceny and Shoplifting. This is GREAT Reading!!!

February 7, 1997 - Another Trek to World Gym

March 5 1997 - William found guilty of Larceny and got Probation and a fine.

April 21, 1997 - William and JG meet Owner of Great American Boatyard

April 22, 1997 - William and JG meet with Peter Schultz

May 14, 1997 - William's 40th BD

May 15, 1997 - Surprise Party for William. Given by Renee LeBlanc and Tiva at the Garden Restaurant in St. Petersburg. In attendanace:Vanette is there.

May 23, 1997 - Meeting with Dr. Epstein

July 1, 1997 - William Jets off somewhere

July 24, 1997 - William comes back from somewhere

September 7, 1997 - William meets with Kevin and Starr and JG to sell out World Gym

September 10, 1997 (or thereabouts) William and Kevin through a big banquet at Jo-To's Japanese Restaurant in Brandon

December 9, 1997 - William attends Windjammers of Clearwater Christmas Party (Cruising for marks, no doubt)

December 23, 1997 - Ramsey wrote T.V.I.G a check for $118,000.00 that bounced

January 9, 1998 - Vanette sends message to State Security to let her man go

Saturday January 10, 1998 - Sent Fax to JG from Africa

March 31, 1998 - William and Vanette attend Opening Day of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays

April 1, 1998 - William and Deborah attend Night Game of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays

April 3, 1998 - Spent the night with Deborah Holland

April 4, 1998 - Left for Africa With Vanette McGlawn

May 14, 1998 - Williams 41st Birthday (somewhere In Africa)

June 13, 1999 - William leaves a message using Deborah's Phone in Clearwater

October 20, 1999 - William spotted in the Albertsons on West Bay and Indian Rocks Road

November 9, 1999 - William and Deborah attended the Windjammers meeting on Nov. 9, 1999. Very friendly to all without a noticeable care in the world.

December 14, 1999 - Willy sighting.... "I just talked to David Stuckrath on the phone who is in Depositions with Willy and attorneys for himself, Martha Gail, Clark and telephonetics. They are at 1 City Center, 28th floor in downtown Tampa."....JK{} It was also reported that three other attorneys were there to serve our hero with legal papers.... DS
