A Shoulder

A shoulder would be good
To use when all alone
Not something made of would
But of support being shown

We're made of many mites
And those that seem to care
But all these lonely nights
Just leaves me so aware

Can see that dark behind
And watch the crack of dawn
I wish I could unwind
And not feel like a pawn

A shoulder is easy to find
When the holder is not needing
And many will not mind
Even when they're bleeding

Even though you read me not
I'm here to help us heal
This place should not go all to pot
And that should be the deal

Forging

Fighting demons in the night
in the forge you must go
searing flames, hades breath
strip your flesh down to bone.

Anvil, hammer, smithy sweat
forging, shaping, making new
will you rise from the dust
Phoenix rising cast in iron?

YES

rise iron Phoenix
rise and fly again
stronger than ever
rise and fly again

rise from the dust
rise for you must
rise with new trust

YES YES

rise iron Phoenix
rise and fly again
stronger than ever
rise and fly again

Soaring high skies above
flying free burdens done
sun and wind restore thy soul
now a new day hath become

You Know

Your alone
When sitting in the middle of a crowd
Joking away, everyone laughing
When suddenly they're all gone
Including your sweetheart.
Stupid feelings give a sudden rush
You wish to hide in a urinal like an ostrich
As it doesn't stink anymore
Than that sudden feeling of emptiness
Sorta like things have been here also
Crying dying to scream
And ready to kick the living crap
Out of all those deserving
Think maybe I should just go away

Knight

Cold, so cold
winter winds blows
into my heart
into my soul.
Fighting the night,
frightening Knight.
Shield broken
no defenses
can't run
can't hide
Fighting the Knight
frightening night.

Moon Beams

Moon beams, kissing water,
caressing, as a lover.
Moving slowly, tenderly,
trying to become as one.

Water, becoming a wave,
rising up to her love,
falling back in ecstasy
satisfied and glistening.

Once again the ritual,
the giving of the soul.
Again and again,
as it all began.

Now they are both still,
blocked by a cloud.
They sleep and wait,
knowing it won't last.

Your Concubine

Eagerly I offer the warmth of my essence
exposing my untouched flesh
my blood begins to boil
as your scarlet lips dance
upon the surface of my aroused skin
my fate is still a mystery
the intensity with in me swells
craving your next move
bathing in a surreal sense of freedom
however, I desire to be bound by you
slowly my will eludes me
I am now your concubine
willing to give you all you desire
not only do I serve you my impassioned body
I give you my soul as well
slowly you devour my being
as my skin blisters under the pressure
of your sharp pointy teeth
while they pierce into my flesh
a trickle of crimson cascades
to create a trail that leads
to your ravenous tongue
I am completely yours,
you have taken what you desired
and left what you will.
I will wait in the shadows
for when you next feed on me..

Daddies little girl

I remember laughing eyes
how your smile
touched your eyes.

Now your soul
no longer shines,
because he crossed
the line.

I would if could,
but I can't take
your place,
when you were
Daddy's
little
girl .

Raindrops

Raindrops caressing
my cheek,
mixing softly
with salty water.
My eyes leak;
They never did
before
I met you.

Gem Cutter

He examines the prism with obsessive care,
looking for flaws that are not there.
Always searching, wanting more,
perfection finds what he's looking for.

Under his loop he begins to reshape,
cutting and polishing natures' mistake.
Perfection will emerge under his care,
none to defy him, none will dare.

Now, finished beaming with pride,
upon this pedestal she'll reside.
Always looking for that final flaw,
he never will see the you I saw.

Violence

A cross word a violent shove a shudder tear,
time to go out for another beer.
A broken rib a heart so gone,
flowers to-day a familiar song.
Supper is late the fists do fly,
though you'll heal by and by.
Another man looks a bloodied lip,
better than last years broken hip.
Faded memories of falling in love,
ever present the fear an angry shove.
You won't leave this is your life,
supper is late beware the knife.
