FEDERAL MINISTER HANDOVER THE MESSAGE OF THE PRIME MINISTER JAMALI
Today Ambassador Dr.Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan warmly welcomed the Federal Minister for Food & Agriculture
Sardar Yaar Muhammad Rind at Karachi Airport. They discussed the matter of national
importance and agree to meet again in this week. Federal Minister informed the Chairman Dr.Khan
about the stand of Government on LFO and policy related in National Assembly.
Chairman Dr.Khan told to the Minister that, he would inform him and Prime Minister soon
about the Commission stand and policy on LFO. The Chairman stressed on the political talks
between the Govt and Political parties in the Parliament.The Federal Minister handed over to him
the special message of the Prime Minister of Pakistan on the issue of LFO.

MEETING WITH THE CHIEF MINISTER SINDH
Today the Ambassador Dr.Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan Word Chairman International Human Rights
Commission had long meeting with the Chief Minister of Sindh Sardar Ali Muhammad Mahir and
discussed with him the matter of common interest in to the Sindh. Both sides discuss many
issues and agree to meet again.The Chairman also discussed with him the matter of LFO and
the reaction of other political parties.

17-30 PST, Ambassador Dr.Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan and Justice Shaaiq Usmani were in the Live
Programme of INDUS NEWS TV Channel and Dr.Khan condemned the allied forces on the destruction
of all historic books and valuable things, which belong from the past history of the
Iraq. Dr.Khan said, we don't know what's the agenda of Bush administration in to the region but
one can understand what they want. He said on the part of human rights world,we are with the
Iraqi Peoples and will do our best to avoid the war on Syria.

17-00 PST, The World Chairman International Human Rights Commission, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan
hold a long meeting with the Chief Minister of Sindh Sardar Ali Muhammad Mahir and discussed
many issues like human rights, peace and law and order. The Chief Minister assured the
IHRC Chief, that his government will keep continue full cooperation with the Commission,
he ordered all Government Officials to ensure full co-operation with the Commission.
The Chief Minister also said to IHRC Chief that his government wants his help to find out fake
NGOs in the province of Sindh who are just black mailing the people and officials on the name of Human Rights.
In the response of Chief Minister Sindh's request, IHRC World Chairman Dr. Khan assured that
we are always ready to co-operate with this government and officials.

14-00 PST, Today the Ambassador, Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan World Chairman International
Human Rights Commission inaugurated the Sindh Police Medical Camp at Paredy Police Station
Karachi along with Assistant Inspector General of Police (welfare) Sindh Mr. Hussain Asghar &
Dr. Muhammd Safdar. He lauded the efforts of Police Department for helping the people, and said
it will enhance the trust and confidence of the people on Police.
On this occasion, the GEO TV team also got his interview, he said in his message to the Nation,
"People of Pakistan should come forward to stand with the Police personals to make batter
society".

Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan today met with the Allama Hassan Turabi of MMA and holds
talks on the present situation of the region after the Iraqi down fall, they also discussed the
MMA stand on LFO. The Director General Protocol & Information Syed Navid Zaidy was also with the
Chairman during this meeting.
The Ambassador Dr. Khan also met with SSP/AIG Welfare Sindh Hussain Asgher, SDPO Irfan Bahadur and discussed with them the law and order and the welfare working for the people.

"Shaheed Inspector Bahadur Ali "Human Rights Medal
Today Ambassador Dr.Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, World Chairman of the International Human Rights
Commission approved the "Shaheed Inspector Bahadur Ali Human Rights Medal" for the police
personnels on national level here in the meeting of National Council for Awards of the Commission
.The Honourable World Chairman said in his address to the Council that "We are proud on our
Shaheeds in police departments all over Pakistan and its our responsibility to honour them by
remembering them while they are not with us". He also announced the establishment of "Shaheed
Inspector Bahadur Ali Welfare Trust" for the welfare of all police personnels nation wide.
This trust will look after the police officers and lower staff. In the board of patrons,
We will invite all Inspector Generals of police from Sindh, Punjab, Balouchtan, NWFP,
Azad Kashmir, Islamabad and FATA as Patrons of the Trust, the World Chairman Dr.Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan said.

Today after the meeting of the award committee of International Human Rights Commission,Ambassador
Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan officialy announced the "Human Rights Awards" for
Dr.Shahid Masood & Mr. P. J . Meer of ARY Digital Television, Mr. Mujahid Baralevi of Indus
News Television and Kamaran Khan of GEO Television.
The award committee seen their programmes and appreciated their contribution for highlighting the human rights' violations around the world especialy in Pakistan. The programmes which they are conducting found execllent by the members of award committee. The World Chairman Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan today infromed all of these three personalites about this announcement by calling them on telephone and appreciate their efforts, he said we are ready to sponsor any of thier programmes if they would like to broadcast a programme on human rights. The World Chairman International Human Rights Commission His Excellency Ambassador
Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan today issued notification regarding the appointment of first
acting Deputy Chairperson of the Commission. The Excellency First Lady of the Commission
Mrs. Farah Shahid Amin Khan will be the Dy. Chairperson of the Commission from Ist of
April 2003, according to the notification issued by the World Chairman here from the Commission
H.Q at New York-United States of America. The Supreme Council had approved this appointment at
New York in its session held on 31st March, 2003 under the Presidentship of the Excellency
Ambassador Mr. Bob W. Wilson of United Kingdom, the members Ambassadors of France, Italy,
United States, Iran, Germany, Spain, Danmark, China, Russia, Canada, South Africa and Chief
Secretary of the Commission Mrs. Nicoli Andresson were cast their votes in respect of Nomination of Mrs. Farah Shahid Amin Khan as First Deputy Chairperson of the International Human Rights Commission.

Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan on the issue of War on Iraq, he strongly condemned the act of
war by the United States and allies over the Iraq and he said, that International Human Rights
Commission is demanding from USA and allies to stop war to avoid the world on the verge of
collapses.

"The failure of the Security Council to protect its own member from the aggression of any other member will end the peace process and it'll prove that we've no right to exist". He also responded Mr. P. J. Meer that violation of human rights and Geneva Convention had been done by USA. If they are violating the international law as the signatory of universal declaration of Human Rights than it means there is no means of human rights and all practices whatever done by UN in past. He also called upon Secretary General to act and respond the scream of whole world.

4:30 AM PST, IHRC World Chairman Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan had responded online
from Islamabad Pakistan to Dr. Shahid Masood on ARY Digital TV and express his deep concern over
the Iraq war. He termed American invasion on Iraq as aggression against any sovereign state as
a member of UN and demands to stop the war immediately. He said in an answer to a question by
Dr. Shahid Masood, that Geneva Conventions and International Protocols along with UN Charter
had been violated by the United States, and first USA should comply with International Charter,
If they want peace to be remained in the world. He also condemned the act of war and mass destruction of the civilian properties and causalities due to the American's aggression.

Today Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan called on the Chairman N.A.B General Munir
Hafeez on telephone and discusses the co-operation over the working of NAB in Pakistan.
General Munir assured his and NAB full support and co-operation to the IHRC Chairman.
On the part of IHRC Dr.Khan assured Chairman NAB that we are ready to play our role to fight
against corrupton in Pakistan. Dr. Khan lauded the efforts of NAB under his leadership.
13th of March, 2003-Islamabad-Pakistan
The International Human Rights Commission started its working against human smuggling and will
take in confidence the governement of Pakistan on this matter. The World Chairman
Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan announce today that the IHRC will hold the meeting of diplomats
on this issue soon to hold this mafia of human smugglers in Pakistan. Dr. Khan also met the
high officials of Pakistan and Federal Interior Minister Syed Faisal Salah Hayat and hold talks
on this issue today. Federal Minister assured him that all the law enforce institution of
Pakistan will cooperate with the commission in this noble cause and government of Pakistan is
ready to provide full assistance to the IHRC Chief and his nominated officials.
