Mission Statement

Denton County Guardianship Services, Inc. is dedicated to providing advocacy for incapacitated citizens of Denton County , using the least restrictive method possible in order to maintain their civil rights and the highest quality of life.  This will be accomplished through Volunteers who are well educated in the responsibilities and expectations of a Guardian of the person.

What we do?

Denton County Guardianship Services, Inc. is a program available to incapacitated Denton County residents. We are an independent, non-profit agency which provides guardianship assistance to adults who lack the ability to manage personal affairs.
