The following websites are looking for people to share their opinions through online surveys. All sites offer some sort of incentive for participating, but the rewards vary -- some sites offer cash while others enter you in a sweepstakes drawing. It is up to you to decide how much your time and thoughts are worth.
There are a few things that you should be aware of when it comes to online survey sites. For one, you should always answer every question honestly. Members who randomly select things are often caught and are not allowed to participate anymore. You also need to be prepared to answer some surveys that won't give you any sort of reward. These surveys are commonly called screener surveys -- they ask you to give information about yourself so that the survey site can then assign you to appropriate paid surveys. The companies that pay these sites to create surveys often only want answers from a certain group of people. If you fill out every screener survey that the survey site offers you, you are much more likely to be selected for a paid survey. You will often find these screener surveys in the member profile section of the survey site.
I've separated the list of sites into three sections so that there isn't as much to scroll through on each page. I categorized them in alphabetical order. You will find the links in the box to the right on each page.
I have been a member of this panel for many years now -- it was the first online survey site I ever signed up with. They reward their members with points that are redeemable for cash or prizes. The number of points vary greatly from survey to survey, depending on how long they are. I have already received a check for $15 and am very close to earning another $10.
