Gariwerd (The Grampians)

While nearby Djurite (Arapiles) is massively more popular, Gariwerd (The Grampians) has about triple the number of routes, and infinitely more potential! Most areas require more of a walk in, but almost none of the crags below require more than 30mins, and for the sake of a bit of walking you gain untold number of classic routes on the most superb rock, in amazing remote settings.

Best Crag(s): Rosea and Taipan.
Wet Weather Options: Spurt Wall, The Gallery.
