I bought a set of reverse glow gauges off EBay from a company called MSIspeed. The ad they use on EBay is a generic one, don't worry if the ones pictured are for GT-S (150mph) and you have a GT (120 mph). Start by removing the 5 screws from beneath the gauges. There are 2 directly under the ignition behind the plastic cover. Next remove the 2 screws above the gauges. Under the steering column are some screws. ONLY REMOVE THE 2 CLOSEST TO THE STEERING WHEEL. After those are out, the top half will pop off (Picture Here). Remove the half circle piece of plastic around the steering column (Picture Here). ![]() It should look like this. If you have a GT, then you have a cable connecting the temperature control to the dash. It's more difficult
to unhook it and plug it back in when you're done then to just move the dash out of the way. If you remove the center vents,
directions here then you can pull on the cables and give yourself a bit more room.
Click here to see what cables to pull on. ![]() To remove the clear plastic shield, take out 4 bronze colored screws; the 2 pointed out and the 2 above the gauges. ![]() Pull off the black strip ![]() Remove the bezel by taking out the 4 remaining black screws |
