Duties of Maintenance Person

As of May26, 2005

1.	Cleaning of the Clubhouse, Bathrooms, including the garbage.
2.	Pool Area (sweep off, blow off leaves and pine needles, pick up any garbage in the area).
3.	Wipe down or wash tables, chairs, and loungers.
4.	Clean dumpster area (sweep out, pick up any garbage not in dumpster) Move any large items to inside of Dumpster or may have to move to large item Dumpster near baseball field.
5.	Walk property to see if any garbage on lawn, driveways or bushes and pick up. Remove any debris on grounds while walking the property and remove pine needles from sewage grates after storm.
6.	Change any light bulbs that may need replacement until new lights installed.
7.	Work on any list given by property management company or Board of Directors for incidentals around property that will help beautify the community. (Monthly)
8.	Maintain the Pool 3 times a week.
