determine what tournament dates you would like to
have Bill play
with you, (you may check his up-to-date schedule
on Bill's Schedule page)
click on the dates in the pull down list. Tournament

Then click
the days that you would like to reserve, with a
minimum of three consecutive days for logistical
purposes. (There is also a minimum of two
sessions per day.)

Then indicate the plan you
would like to use, Plan 1 or Plan 2. If Bill's
Schedule indicates he will already be at the
tournament, you may choose plan 3 for the days he
will be available. (Bill's Schedule should
