We are requesting 7500 sq. feet of space this year for 25 people. The lot size is 75' of road frontage by 100 feet deep. This is roughly 300 sq. feet per person, however the common facilities and parking space comes out of this figure.

The camp area is roughly 50' wide by 30' deep (the yellow area behind the tent). Assuming 15 tent spaces for 25 persons (10 couples, 5 singles), that works out to 100 sq. feet per tent. Note that walkways, storage, hang-outs, extra vehicles, etc must also come out of this space.

There is planned room for 11 vehicles or trailers. We will probably go over this, but try to car pool if possible. Latecomers may have to park elsewhere.

The central area is dominated by the mushroom chill tent. The tent plus mason jar will require 50' wide by 60' deep of space. There will be appx. 15 feet by 30 feet to either side of the mason jar that will remain open for Art Car storage or activities. The two front corners will either contain 10'x10' tents for attractions/activities or be used for more car storage. It would be nice if people brought camo covers to hide their cars and trailers from view.

Things to bring for the Camp:

• Pillows and Cushions for chill tent
  
• Outdoor Solar Lights (stake kind) - preferably painted in flourescent colors (we cannot have enough of these!)
  
• Astroturf 2-3 feet wide to use as walkways
  
• Gas for generators
  
• Alcohol and mixers for bar
  
• Decorations for bar and chill tent
  
• Food for potluck on Thursday night
  
• Activities for front tents (massage, fortune telling, toe painting, henna, ice tea, ping-pong table, DJ sound, etc)
  
• Art Cars (be sure to register with BM DMV no later than July 15th!)
  
• Ice and/or Ice chests for bar and kitchen
  
• Group food and snacks for kitchen
