Center on Women and Aging
This organization's national focal point is issues related
to older women. It promotes expanding knowledge on older
women's issues, prevention of violence, education and
empowerment of older women, and promoting greater understanding
of older women's issues. It conducts research, provides
policy analysis, and provides training and technical assistance
to aging networks and older women's organizations. It
also provides internet links to hundreds for older people
to connect to older persons and disability networks.
