There is a specific point in the body which governs the flow of energies in each individual.
This point is called the Crossroads point because this is where the different flows of energy intersect. Imagine a wheel in the form of a propeller with 4 blades, each blade corresponding to a particular zone of the body with its accompanying organs and meridians.
Each flow of energy can be experienced as equilibrium or disequilibrium , such as excess, agitation, and stress, or as a decrease in energy (having difficulty beginning any movement).
These imbalances have consequences on our well-being and general health. The sequence of movements used in YANG XÌNG DO bring awareness, equilibrium, and also vitality to each part of the body. They promote a state of well-being and harmony, restoring a physical and energetic unity.
