I am very pleased to see how YANG XÌNG has expanded in France and in other countries through the creation of clubs. As an acupuncturist and therefore, energetics practitioner, I have always been interested in techniques capable of restoring an equilibrium to the meridians of the body. While I was in contact with the masters, creators of YANG XÌNG, and following step-by-step their research, I became aware of the depth of this art, having myself practiced Tai Chi Chuan. YANG XÌNG follows the great tradition of martial arts and I was able to observe its rapid effectiveness that is equaled by the simplicity of its movements and its easy memorization. This art allows the student to become aware of the invisible fabric of life which surrounds him and through it to become aware of his subtle bodies. To be an antenna, both emitting and receiving, capable of exchange with his environment through his five senses and the expression of his energy centers. In fact, all those who practice YANG XÌNG regularly, seeking more harmony and equilibrium, find the true dimension of their character and increased autonomy. My patients, people who are stressed, people presenting sleep difficulties, or with repetitive unbalances, to whom I introduced the YANG XÌNG, are doing better and manage to take charge of themselves. It must not be forgotten that in China people practice Tai Chi Chuan and Qi-Kong everyday, considered to be as much a part of health practices as acupuncture, Chinese pharmacopoeia, and diet. "YANG XÌNG is the discipline which is the best adapted to our Western civilization; it is one which, at the moment, allows us to harmonize the infinitely small with the infinitely large, and this by the readjustment of all interactions at cell level and, globally of the entire body, with its environment." In this respect, it is a practice which is initiative, allowing energy to flow freely and fluidly, and for the Self to be in osmosis with the Universe.
