Welcome to my Inuyasha section! Read below for the summary of the series. Warning: May contain spoilers!!

Inuyasha is a story about how an ordinary Japanese schoolgirl (Higurashi Kagome) is transported back into the feudal eras by an old well at her home. There she meets dog demon, Inuyasha - a hanyou (half-demon). Inuyasha had been sealed to a tree by a miko (priestess) named Kikyo fifty years ago, Kagome is the one who frees him. Kagome is actually the reincarnation of Kikyo and so carries the Shikon no Tama in her body. The Shikon no Tama is a powerful jewel and many demons are after the jewel to increase their strength. After the Shikon no Tama was removed from Kagome's body, they have trouble trying to keep it safe. Kagome shatters the Shikon no Tama by accident using an arrow and the shards are scattered everywhere.

The main plot of the story is about how Kagome, Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku and Shippou travel around Japan, trying to find the lost shards of the Shikon no Tama. Inuyasha wants the jewel so he can become a full youkai (demon) like his brother, Sesshomaru. Inuyasha has a powerful sword made from one of his father's fangs - the Tetsusaiga. His brother also has a sword called the Tensaiga which can be used to heal. Along the way the Inuyasha gang comes along many different adventures.
