Sun Salutations, Pranayama, and Meditation

With these three steps you have a short and simple daily practice. Do each for just three minutes every Morning. Doing so for such a short period of time allows you develop the habit and you can expand your yoga practice naturally.

If you are capable of doing this every day, your practice will become deeper and you too will become addicted to yoga.
