This is a sample of one type of cabin that is being considered for J.O.Y. Ranch. There will be 12 cabins in the first phase of development with floorplans accomodating housing for 8, 10 and 12 beds. Cabins for medically challenged kids will be equipped for special needs and accomodate 2 to 4 kids each. Those cabins will have walkways and ramps and will be wheelchair accessable. Naturalized walkways to and from all cabins focus on the Ranch Community Center. The Community Center region of the property will house the administrative and first aid facilities, as well as a cafeteria and conference center.
