Winston Cup Practice

Saturday morning prior to the Busch race the Winston Cup drivers took to the track for race set up practice. I was able to get some decent photographs from where our seats were.

Here is racings past, present and future in one photograph. Jeff Gordon,Dale Earnhardt, Dale Earnhardt Jr.,Kyle Petty and Tony Stewart (nope...I don't know if someone ran the car for him).

Here is Jr's first Winston Cup points race car. Next is Ken Schrader's "Gold" Skoal car. Looked pretty sharp!!!

While practice was going on I took my friend down to the fence so he could get a feel for the speed. As I have done at every track I've been to< I get right up close. Man I love it!!!

I took this picture to show my sons the two guys who signed all their stuff for them while I was down there. Ken and Ken...thanks a million......they were real nice to all the people down there.
