Fat Tire Farm - Portland, OR. The Fat Tire Farm promotes and also rides single speeds. They sell Surly, Kona, Paul, Chris King, and Vicious.
Over the Edge - Fruita, CO. Shop owner Troy Rarick rides the SS bike he created ... the Edge Mango. There's some awesome trails to ride 'round Fruita!
John Atkins Cycles - UK based bike shop. They've been riding/racing/converting single-speeds for about 6 years and stock all sorts of goodies from Surly, Hope, DMR, etc.
Webcyclery - they're focusing on selling SingleSpeed equipment (as well as trails, dual-slalom, & dirt jumping). They carry brands like Spot, Surly, SoulCraft, Mrazek SS, Phils, Paul, and On-One.
Harris Cyclery - based out of Massachusetts, they sell Bianchi, Surly, Gunnar and all the equip necessary to get your SS bike running.
Speedgoat - great shop out of Pennsylvania. They can get Surly and Spot products (usually 2-3 days at most to get in). Speedgoat just expanded their shop and may start to offer more in the way of on-the-shelf singlespeed equipment.
