A Letter from the President of the
Rondeau Bay Waterfowl Association
The Objectives of the association shall be through co-operation with the Ministry of Natural Resources, to:
1. Enhance and assist in enhancing the opportunity for controlled public waterfowl hunting of the highest quality in Rondeau Bay.
2. To encourage, promote and engage in the sport of waterfowl hunting and undertakings designed to aid in the protection and conservation of waterfowl, fish and other wildlife and their natural habitats.
Persons who are in agreement with the objectives of this association and whose views and conduct will not discredit the reputation of the association may be eligible for membership. Membership in association may be granted upon payment of an annual fee as set from time to time by the Directors.
The affairs of the association shall be managed by an elected Board of Directors comprising of not less than seven members of which four shall be mandated as officers.
An annual general meeting of the association shall be held at a date, time and place selected by the president in the first twelve weeks of each year. Not less than one other general meeting shall be called prior to September 15th of each year. Newsletters shall be produced
to keep association members informed.
