Saturday,
September 25, is opening day for the 1999 Rondeau Waterfowl
Hunting season.
The following procedures are for the opening day allocation of "A Zone" blinds at the Rondeau Waterfowl Management Unit; Prospective opening day hunters should note the following: - Opening day blind allocation will
be conducted by means of a lottery draw to be held at

to enter the blind allocation lottery between

In order to be eligible for the lottery, applicants must be in possession
of a valid 1999 Migratory Game Bird Hunting - Permit/and your Ontario Sports
Card (Hunting) you must bring these with you;
- Application forms will be available
at the Rondeau Waterfowl Unit Office on SEPTEMBER 18, 1999.
Applicants will be required to enter names, addresses, license and permit
numbers and number of hunters.
- Upon completion of the application
form, a number will be issued to the applicant.

After 2:00 P.M on SATURDAY, SEPT. 18 /99
no additional applications will be received.
At this time, information will be prepared for the 2:15 P.M lottery draw. No duplication of applications/names will be accepted, and any such misuse of the system will result in the application(s) being removed from the lottery. - At 2:15 P.M. sharp on SATURDAY,
SEPT. 18 /99 the lottery draw for opening day blind allocation will
commence.
