General information about the West Auckland District Tramping Club
HistoryWest Auckland District Tramping Club has been in existence since 1977. The club’s first tramping trip was on March 6th, 1977, to the Fairy Falls in the Waitakere Ranges. Club MagazineThe club produces a magazine called “Ramblings of Pen and Foot”. This is published 11 times a year and is free to club members. AffiliationWest Auckland District Tramping Club is a member of the Federated Mountain Clubs of New Zealand and the Auckland Associated Mountain Clubs. |
