Flexible Office, Housing The Small-Medium Enterprises, Newport, UK. This is a project in Cardiff University, November 2000. The demand is to creat a flexible office building to accommodate the small firms which in knowledge-based industries are probably changing fastest of all: new start-ups, runaway growth, ceaseless response to changin markets and techology, frequent re-structuring, and (sometimes) early demise and start-all-over-again.
