The original scheme was to design a cafe, which combined cafe and wc, at a small square in the Hey's, Cardiff, to provide better facilities for people to enjoy city life. Then it is developed to be a simple object as catalyst. It allows various combinations. The aim is to bring public space alive by inserting such an object.
