Somehow researching family history and having a website or two to tell about it go hand in hand. Partially driven by a touch of pride in our ancestors, we suddenly want everyone to know where we came from - and thus, who we really are.  At the same time, however, these websites serve a more practical purpose in not only possibly providing some clues to distant cousins sniffing along the same trail... But also in hopefully encouraging others to share and assist.  Besides, it's a great way to store gathered information!!

We hope you enjoy your visit and find some useful information.  If you're a cousin -- distant or not -- send us a note or sign the guestbook!  It would be great to hear from you.

This site began as primarily a genealogy website - a place to store information as we came across it and a place to share some of the information with others.  However, since then, it only seemed fitting that we include more and more about our family today.

And so, in addition to the family research links found below, you will be able to find information on Ruth & Anita, the kids and grandkids, our home improvement projects, our gardening obsession, and all other kinds of general chaos. Basically, we wanted to make a visit to our websites feel like a real visit with us.  Just take your time and look around.

Oh! And be sure to come back often as we plan on adding more and more... There's always something new to tell.
