1999

1999 was the youngest year yet. We had kids about to go into 5th grade going even though Pastor Smith only wanted 7th grade and up. But unlike any other year the pastor was not filming it. Tim D. wants to be an Eagle Scout so he needs 200 hours on community service. So he filmed just about everything and and is going to edit it down so he can put it on T.V.
The trip was kinda boring altogether but here is what happened. Day 1 we drove up to New Hampshire, set up tents, and climbed Bald Mt. and Artists Bluff. Day two we climbed Mt. Lafayette,(and only Lafayette, the group was so young that the pastor did not want to climb Lincoln). Day 3 we climbed Indian Head, and we tried to go to these really high water falls but the hike was to steep and we all baptized(splashed) each other in another smaller water fall. That night we had a talent show. I would have to say that mine and Tim's(w/ Ethan) was the funniest. But everyone else's was great, too.
That pretty much wraps it up, so I'll see you next year.
