 The year 2001 was the year of self-confidence and acquiring
a new artistic form, new program and new professional sound. The year
started with a participation in a festival "Christmas Holidays", where the
choir was almost the only one presenting the a-capella singing on the high
professional level.
In the same year the choir conducted great educational activities;
these were the concerts in the secondary schools of Lviv and Lviv region

Mother's Day and also the concert "Young Talents - to Children of Lviv"
dedicated to the opening of Theological Center in Kryvchytsi and also the

V. Pylypyuk.
The June of 2001 became the unforgettable month for all of us, since
it was marked by the arrival of the Pope John Paul II to Lviv. Our
performance near the Nativity of the Mother of God Church will be the most
memorable for the whole life.

the All-Ukrainian Festival of the Patriotic Song "Victory Horns". That
very month on the basis of the choir the regional seminar of the
supervisors of the choir ensembles extracurricular establishments and
general schools was conducted. Approximately 50 directors of the different
ensembles participated in this seminar.
