On 7 March 1894 when John Wesley was 35, he married Elizabeth Alice Wilson (3077) , daughter of Henry Wilson (about 1815-after June 1880) & Mary Ann Buckalew (1629) (about 1829-after June 1880), in Claly Co., IN. Born on 1 April 1864 in IN. Elizabeth Alice died in Terre Haute, Vigo Co., IN, on 22 March 1950; she was 85. Buried in Grandview Cem., Terre Haute, Vigo Co., IN.
They had the following children:
2985. James Austin Buckalew. Born about 1861 in IN. James Austin died on 10 October 1928; he was 67. Buried in Williams-Timberhill Cem., 4 mi. E of Welch; Craig Co., OK. Occupation: Farmer, carpenter, and hard rock (lead and zinc) miner.
Most of the descendants of James Austin Buckallew was initially provided by John E. Buckallew.
Moved to Welch, Craig Co., Oklahoma before 1900
James' brother Louis was to have came to Oklahoma with him, and was to have been buried in Grove, Delaware Co. Okla. I am still searching for more information on this.
Added another "L" to the name after reaching Oklahoma.
Williams-Timberhill cemetery is located 4 mi east of Welch, Craig Co., Oklahoma on State Hwy !0.
On 10 April 1884 when James Austin was 23, he married Evaline Wyman. Evaline died on 16 October 1956. Buried in Williams-Timberhill Cem., 4 mi. E of Welch; Craig Co., OK.

2986. Lewis G. Buckalew. Born about 1863. Lewis G. died in 1946; he was 83. Buried in Yellow Tree Cem.; Deleware Co., OK.
Moved to Oklahoma before 1900.
