William Lord Craven Palatine and the rest of the true and absolute Lords
and Proprietors of the said Province to the marshal.Send Greeting We Straightly
Command you without any Delay to attach Goods & Chattels of
Thomas Bradshaw Labourer
So as to Compele him personally to be and appear before our Chief Justice
at our next Court of Common Pleas to be holden for aforesaid Province at
Charles Town to Anfwer Complaint of Christopher Harris Carpenter in a plea
of debt for Eight pounds Currant money
Witnefs Nicholas Trott Esq. our Chief Justice at Charles Town this twenty
fifth Day of June Anno Dom 1711 |
