Command you without any Delay to attach the Body of
Thomas Bradsher John

So as to Compele him personally to be and appear before our Chief Justice
at our next Court of Common Pleas to be holden for aforesaid Province at
Charles Town to answer the Complaint of Thomas Bradsher in a plea of
Trespafs on the Case to the dammage of sd Thomas of Twenty pounds Curt
Money
