I Henry Bradshaw of South Carolina on Saludy Fewman being in perfect
health of body & of perfect mind & Memory thanks is given unto God
calling unto mind the Mortality of my body & knowing that it is
appointed for all Men once to die do make & Ordain this my last will
& testament that is to say principally & first of all I gave my
soul unto the hands of Almighty God that gave it my body I recommend
to the Earth to be buried in decent Christian Burial at the discretion of
my Excrs nothing doubting but at the General resurrection I shall receive
the same again by the might power of God & as touching such worldly
estate wherewith it hath pleased god to blefs me in this life I give
demise & dispose of the same in the following manner & form.
First I give & Bequeath to John Bradshaw my Eldest Son One Shilling
Sterling also I give to my Son Henry Bradshaw One Shilling Sterling also
to Son James Bradshaw One Shilling Sterling also I give to my well beloved
Sons William Bradshaw & Peter Bradshaw whom I likewise Constitute make
& Ordain the sole Executors of this my last will & testament all
& Singular my lands Mefsuages & tenements household Goods &
furniture my stock of Cattle Horses Hogs & every thing of my Estate to
be equally divided between William Bradshaw & Peter Bradshaw freely to
be pofsesed & enjoyed And I do hereby utterly disallow Revoke &
Disannull all & every other former testament Wills Legacies, Bequests
& Executors by me in any ways before named Willed & bequeathed
ratifying & Confirming this & no other to be my last Will &
Testament, In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this
thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand seven
hundred & seventy One |
