In the name of God
amen I Samuel |
Bradshaw of the State
and district aforesaid farmer, being in a weak and low state of body, but
of a sound mind memory and Understanding Praised be God for the same, I do
make this my last will and testament in the manner and form following
First I will and devise that I may be decently Buried, I will and desire
that my beloved wife Amelia Bradshaw shall have the full use of all my
Estate during her life or widowhood and at her marrying or death I will
and bequeath as follows Viz:
Item to my three beloved sons namely Selus Bradshaw, Asa Bradshaw and
Moses Bradshaw, I desire that all my real Estate to be equally divided
between them,
I do nominate Silas Bradshaw and Asa Bradshaw my two sons Executors of
this my last Will and testament hereby revoking and making void all and
every other will or wills at any other time heretofore by me made and do
deliver this to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have
set my hand and seal hereunto this 10th day of September in the year of
our Lord 1815.
Signed sealed declared and Published by the above named Samuel Bradshaw as
and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who at his
request have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto |
