Synopsis:
Bitter Sigh. . . takes
us to a world of bitterness, heartbreak, card playing, big
plastic robots, smoking, and eating habits. Director Oliver
J. Tan directs this bitter piece with executive producer and
lead actor Henry Kuan. Kuan plays a bitter man who has just
broken up with his girlfriend (Melissa Cid) over a promise.
Allan G. Adaya and Joseph Antonio are the wicked and slick
mobsters who are responsible for the ordeal... no wonder Henry
Kuan has a bitter sigh...or is he truly the bitter one.
Reviews:
Ever got dissed or fucked-up in a relationship? This tape
is for you. You'll identify with the main characters as they
break up over smoking. Tan takes some Wong Kar-Wai and John
Woo and mixes in his own hardcore soap to make a funny picture
that includes guns, hitmen, "eggism", Chinese food, and a
Mazinger toy! A film for you dramatics.
