Holy Communion at St. James
"Where two or three gather in my name, I am there among them."

"St. James practices an open communion. If you feel that what we do here today is
right and true, that Christ is truly present in the bread and the wine, then feel
free to present yourself at his table.
You will hear this invitation before all offerings of Holy Communion at St.
James. Holy Communion is an important aspect of worship at St. James, and offered
every week.

During the program year (September through May), Holy Communion is offered at
both services-
8:30 a.m and 10:45 a.m.
During the summer, it is offered at our one 9:30 a.m. services. Special festivals such
as Christmas, Easter, and others are also occasion for Holy Communion at St. James.
