Christian Outreach of Lutherans (COOL) "Even so faith, if it has not works, is dead." St. James works in cooperation with the COOL Food Pantry in Waukegan. members staff the Pantry on a volunteer basis and donate dollars and food in the COOL baskets at St. James, and serve on the board. A transitional housing program is also a part of COOL. Tell me more about...
