St. James supports CROP with dollars and walkers. St. James recruits many walkers every year, and some families
within St. James all walk together in order to raise funds to help stop world hunger.
Since 1996, St. James has won several Golden Sneaker Awards, given to the organization that raises the most money for the annual
October event.
The Crop Walk is held on a Sunday in mid October. Members can
participate as a walker or by sponsoring one or several of the members who
take part in the walk.Our junior youth group is very active in
the Crop Walk as a service project.
