To get to St. James from the west, head east on IL 60, past the overpass for the Tri-State Tollway (I-294). A couple of miles down the road is the stoplight for IL 43 (Waukegan Road); turn left. After you pass the stoplight for Deerpath Road, St. James is about a mile on the left. It is difficult to see the church coming up, so as soon as you see the sign saying Church Entrance, slow down.
