I
know how difficult it is to find really healthy recipes that your family
will eat. I
was
not one of those clever people who started their kids off right so they
developed
a taste for navy beans, split peas or eight grain cereal. Oh well,
I hope it's
not
too late to develop a taste for the good stuff. It is to this end
that I am
collecting
recipes that sound not only very healthy but also tastey. You'll
find that I
don't
have a huge number of desserts as one of my goals is to really reduce our
sugar
intake. I'm going to try to organize them according to the type of
meal they
are.
BTW, I'm begging for ideas for packed lunches. I hope you can help
me.
