off
And so we moved off on Saturday morning... arranging to meet at Kranji MRT (Mass Rail Transit) station at 7:15am. It was tough getting up (I guess) for most of us, as we were all still packing our stuff for the trip at the last minute, up to midnight (Xiaohao tells me that he actually slept at around 2-3am... hmmm... is that right?)
Fortunately, none of us were late that morning. The thrill of going to a far-away trip made us somewhat alert (okay lah- it's not that far-away) , or was it the delight (or horror?) at the prospect of spending the next four days with one another ;) Taking bus 170 (there was
already a long queue waiting at the bus-stop at the MRT station), we expected
it to swiftly carry us over to the other side of the Causeway (which linked
Singapore and West Malaysia). The journey was swift... yet because of the
early morning rush, the Causeway was jammed alright...
