As I formerly wrote, the most curious anime in April 1998 was "Jiku Tenshou Nazca." On the other hand, most of foreign anime fans want to see TV-animation type "Silent Moebius." Cartoon-type original "Silent Moebius" is still published as a series. This cartoon started in 1988. Just after the starting, cinema-type "Silent Moebius" was released. Then Ms Naoko Matsui played the role of the heroine "Katsumi Liqueur." This time she again plays the role of Katsumi Liqueur. A lot of foreign anime fans expect the TV series much more than Japanese anime fans.

In Japan, anime wirepullers existed. Late Osamu Teduka had made many titles for a long time. He drew pictures and stories for himself. His works were not expensive. His rivals called them "Dumping."
Mr. Koukai Tokuma is the president of Tokuma Shoten Publishing. The company is a large-scale publisher. He has also made many cinema titles. He also has an anime production "Studio Ghibli." As you know, the leading creator of the production is Mr. Hayao Miyazaki. It is famous for "Tonari No Totoro." On the other hand, Tokuma Shoten publishes a famous monthly anime magazine "Animage." It is the oldest anime magazine.
Third, Mr. Toshitomo Ootsuki. He is a great producer working for King Records. He is the top of Starchild Label. He has produced many anime. He is called "Politician" or "Ichirou Ozawa in anime world."
He has cooperated with TV-Tokyo to produce his ideal anime. He produced Megumi Hayashibara as a top musician. He grew up Masami Okui who made many anime songs for Megumi Hayashibara. Such songs were made for TV-animation type "Slayers." He grew up GAINAX and Hideaki Anno's plan for Robot Anime. The plan was grown up into Neon Genesis Evangelion. Utena is produced by Kunihiko Ikuhara, a famous anime director. However Laser disc of the title was produced by Starchild Label. TV-animation type "Nuku Nuku" was also produced by Starchild Label. The director of TV-animation type "Nuku Nuku" was Mr. Yoshitaka Fujimoto. Mr. Ootsuki formed an anime-creating group "KA-NON." This February "KA-NON" started cartoon-type "CYBER TEAM in Akihabara" in monthly magazine "Nakayoshi" published by Kodansha. This April "KA-NON" started TV-animation type "CYBER TEAM in Akihabara." This time he cooperated with TBS.

In Neon Genesis Evangelion, Tatsunoko Production, a famous anime production, partially made animation films. As you know, Tatsunoko Prodction is famous for "Science Ninja Team Gatchaman." Of course, the title was very popular in Japan in 1970s. On the other hand, it is very popular in USA at present.
If you see "CYBER TEAM in Akihabara," you will think of Gatchaman.
Some critics pointed out that evil characters in the anime were like that in Time Bokan Series. Time Bokan Series were also made by Tatsunoko Production.
Gatchaman costumes resemble Diva-type Pata-Pi's. (Many critics also pointed out Gatchaman costumes resembled Mass-production Model EVA Units 05-13.)

On the other hand, some newly-founded religious parties utilized EVA for propagation. "CYBER TEAM in Akihabara" used "Christian Rosenkreuz." He lived in the 15th Century. His theory included astral. Some newly-founded religious parties may utilize this anime for propagation.
