Episode 1: No Need for Disscusions
This episode begins with Tenchi walking down a road and remembering what Ryoko said to him about living here. Tenchi then begins to remember about how he met all of the alien girls. This episode basically shows how Tenchi meets Ryoko and gets chased by what Ryoko calls "a space pirate". After they get away, Tenchi's family decides to take Ryoko in after she told her story about how she crash landed here. But the space pirate breaks in and chases Ryoko and Tenchi to his Grandfather's shrine where the space pirate is defeated by Tenchi's grandfather. Mihoshi emerges from the wreckage and explains that Ryoko is the real space pirate. Ryoko then starts chasing Tenchi and Mihoshi back to the house where she then gives up and decides to live with Tenchi.

Episode 2: No Need for a Princess
In this episode, Mihoshi uses her little cube to send a distress signal for help. Ayeka recieves this, and heads down to earth to investigate. After her arrival, she becomes angry when she sees Ryoko still alive. Ayeka is then taken in for some tea & talks to Tenchi's grandfather. Meanwhile, Ryoko explains to Mihoshi and Tenchi about how she ruined her childhood life. (This is where you see Ryoko as a child.) Tenchi is then asked by his grandfather to take Ayeka on a tour of earth. When they get back, Ryoko becomes upset, thinking Ayeka is flirting with him. Ayeka then explains about how Ryoko ruined her childhood life. They then go into space with Mihoshi and Tenchi and begin to fight to the death. Ayeka then finds out that Tenchi is on Ryoko's space and Ryoko lies to Ayeka that they have taken oath to die together. Ayeka then becomes sadden and turns into a nutcase by crashing her ship into Ryoko's ship, and both plunging into earth. Ayeka's and Ryoko's ship are both destroyed and now have to live with Tenchi.

Episode 3: No Need for Worries
In this episode, Sasami comes to earth on her space ship and meets Tenchi. She explains to him that she's looking for her sister, and Tenchi soon finds out that she's Ayeka's younger sister. Ayeka and Sasami eventually meet, and Ayeka becomes happy now that she can come home. Everyone at the Misaki residence then throws a big good-bye party for Mihoshi and Ayeka. Since Sasami brought her space ship with her, they can all go home. During the party, Ayeka is sadden that she has to leave, which worries Tenchi, which causes Ryoko to pretend to be pregnant with Tenchi's baby, but the truth soon comes out when Ryo-oki comes out of the egg. After the party, Ayeka, Mihoshi, and Sasami leave while Ryoko and Tenchi ride Ryo-oki to escort them. As they are about to leave, Sasami takes out a carrot that Ryo-oki was eating. This catches Ryo-oki's attention, and both of their ships colide and crash as Ryo-oki (in her space ship form) tries to get the carrot from Sasami. Now Sasami has to live on earth since now there is no trasport to take them home.

Episode 4: No Need for Monsters!
In this episode, everyone discovers a demon cave near the Masaki shrine. Tenchi's grandfather warns everyone to stay away from that place, but Ryoko's curiosity gets the better of her. Just when Tenchi's coming home, Ryoko kiddnaps him, and takes him to the demon cave. Meanwhile, all the girls are waiting for Tenchi to come home, but soon find out that Ryoko has kidnapped him, and taken him into the demon cave, thanks to Ryo-oki who happens to find Tenchi's abandoned briefcase near the road. They soon catch up with Ryoko who is currently trying to seduce Tenchi, and Ayeka and Ryoko go into battle. Ryoko then picks up the crystal that contains the demon and breaks it, letting the demon loose. Everyone starts running for their lives after finding out that their powers have no effect on it. But Tenchi's grandfather then commands the demon to cut it out, which then reveals that the demon is actually Washu, the famous mad scientist. Tenchi now has to deal with another girl living at his house.

Episode 5: No Need for Partners
This episode introduces another new character named Kiyone, Mihoshi's partner. It's start out with Kiyone waking up and praying for Mihoshi, who she thinks is dead. Eventually, Kiyone reveals her true feelings for MIhoshi by saying that she's so happy now that Mihoshi, the clutz, is dead. But she soon gets a call from the commissioner that Mihoshi may be alive, and the he wants her to investigate and to bring her back. Kiyone then becomes upset as she heads toward earth to find her partner. After reaching earth, she finds Tenchi at the Misaki's house, and asks him if he has seen Mihoshi. To Kiyone's suprise, Tenchi says yes, and finds her sleeping on the porch which causes Kiyone to become very depressed. Kiyone is then introduced to everybody living at Tenchi's house, and is suprised again that Ryoko, Ayeka, Sasami, and Washu are living here. She yells out to Ryoko saying that she's under arrest for being a space pirate and they both go into battle outside. But the battle ends very soon, after Mihoshi crashes her space suit into them while trying to help Kiyone arrest Ryoko. After saying goodbye to everyone, Kiyone and Mihoshi soon leave the planet for Galaxy Police HQ, but get a call from the commissoner who congratulates Kiyone for locating Mihoshi, and explains they are stationed on planet earth to guard that solar system. Mihoshi becomes happy that she doesn't have to leave everyone while Kiyone mourns for her loss of going home.

Episode 6: No Need for Resident Officers
In this episode, Mihoshi and Kiyone move out of Tenchi's home, and into a cheap apartment, where they struggle to earn money, and to keep the peace in the solar system. There's not a lot of action in this one, it only shows what Mihoshi and Kiyone are doing in their spare time.

Episode 7: No Need for a Carnival
This episode shows Sasami going to a carnival on earth for the first time. Tenchi takes Sasami and Ryo-oki to all the stands, where all the other girls have already taken jobs being in charge of something. Ryoko has taken mulitiple jobs being in charge of a game boothes after failing many times to earn money. Ayeka is in charge of the shooting gallery, Mihoshi and Kiyone are in charge of the food stands, and Washu is in charge of the haunted house. The party ends however, when the machine that Washu built for Mihoshi and Kiyone, goes out of control, creating the largest cotton candy on earth.

Episode 8: No Need for a Genus
This episode shows Washu dreaming about how she was exiled and landed on earth. Then it moves back to the house where everyone is relaxing and watching TV. Sasami then asks Tenchi to check up on Washu since she didn't eat Breakfast or Dinner. Tenchi walks in to her laboratory where Washu greets him and asks him to help her finish her latest experiment. Washu explains that she's making a duplicate of herself and asks Tenchi to start it when she gets inside her machine. Mihoshi shows up out of nowhere and tries to help out as well, but instead screws up the machine causing it to explode. However, the experiment is complete except the clone of Washu has the personality of Mihoshi. The clone soon disappears while Tenchi, Mihoshi, and Washu look for it. They soon find it trying to reach the city after hearing of a bank robbery, and soon, everybody gets involved on trying to shut it down after it goes berserk. Kiyone shows up and gets a suprise on how Mihoshi screwed up again. She then gets an idea about Mihoshi's favorite TV show, and tells her that it's about to start. Mihoshi then becomes upset and runs home to catch the show, and the clone reacts the same way and they both begin to watch their favorite program. Kiyone is then able to shut down the machine, and everything is back to normal. Washu tries to clone herself again, but now the clone has the personality of Ryo-oki who accidently crawled in to her laboratory.

Episode 9: No Need for Memories
In this episode, the story begins and tells about Tenchi's past on how his mother died. There really isn't a lot of action or comedy, but it reveals alot about the family. At the end of the episode, there's a suspicion that Tenchi may actually be a Jurain.

Episode 10: No Need for Arch Rivals
This episode begins with a character who shows up in the series every now and then. Her name is Nagi who is a bounty hunter and has a pet named Ken-oki who is sort of the same as Ryo-oki. Nagi over hears a couple of criminals discussing the location of where Ryoko is living. You kinda of find out that she's finally reached earth when Tenchi is attacked and taken away. Meanwhile after this has occured, Ayeka asks everyone where Tenchi is, but before they can find out, they discover another creature who looks like Ryo-oki inside the house, except that it's white. Ryo-oki and the other one don't act very nice to each other until Sasami tells Ryo-oki to be nice to it. She then brings in some carrots, and soon, both are friends with each other. Ryoko then comes and becomes shocked to see Ken-oki on earth. It suddenly runs away, and Ryoko tells everyone to run after it. She explains that it belongs to Nagi, a bounty hunter whose been chasing her ever since they first met. They soon find Nagi and Ken-oki in space, and they both plan to battle except, Ryo-oki and Ken-oki won't fight each other since they're in love. Nagi and Ryoko then decide to battle on a nearby planet, and eventually Ryoko wins with a small help from Ayeka. (sort of) Tenchi is then rescued and Nagi leaves saying she won't give up until she captures Ryoko.

Episode 11, 12, 13: Time and Space Adventures
This time and space series starts out with Washu creating a machine that create the perfect world for the user. After everyone finds out about this, Ayeka and Ryoko desperately ask Washu to use it. Washu answer is no since the machine hasn't been completed yet. But Ryoko's wish to be with Tenchi is so great, that she sneaks in to the laboratory at night, and activates it. However, she's caught by everybody else, but they want to use the machine as well. Soon, the machine goes berserk and everyone is transported into their own worlds. Washu tells everyone that she'll try to fix it, but before she could finish talking everything goes blank. The first part is Ayeka's world, where she is the princess of a village, and Tenchi is to be her future husband. Ryoko is known as the demon thief, and Mihoshi and Kiyone are the police of the village. Basically the story is that Tenchi is about to marry Ayeka, but he has to defeat the demon Ryoko before they can marry. Mihoshi and Kiyone are asked by Ayeka to help Tenchi defeat the demon, but before they can do so, they find out that Ryoko and Tenchi are lovers. Ayeka finds out about this thanks to Mihoshi blabbering it out, and soon, Ayeka becomes a nutcase again and starts attacking everyone. Then the episode ends as Washu is able to cancel Ayeka's world.

The next world that the next episode shows is Sasami's world. Sasami is pretty Sammy, and Tenchi, Ryoko, and Ayeka are students of Tenchi's school, while Kiyone and Mihoshi are teachers. The story in this episode is that Ryoko and Ayeka are arch rivals in the school, and they're both trying to win Tenchi's affection. The climax occurs at the end of the episode where Ayeka and Ryoko argue with each other on who should get Tenchi, which draws a big crowd. Mihoshi and Kiyone try to break it up, but Sasami shows up and transforms into Pretty Sammy. She then causes Ryoko and Ayeka to become friends, which kinda of makes them look like lesbians, and the episode ends as they both are about to kiss, but Washu cancels the world just in time.

The next world is Kiyone's world where she just retired being a police officer and is looking for a new life where she can get away from Mihoshi. Sasami and Ayeka own a resturant while Tenchi owns a different one, Ryoko is Tenchi's girlfriend, and Tenchi' dad and grandfather are just residents of the small town. The story begins with Kiyone entering Tenchi's resturant, and is greeted by everyone. Kiyone is then asked why she's here, and she explains that she looking for a new life. Ayeka then asks her to work in their resturant since they need help, and Kiyone agrees. After living in the small town for a couple of days, Kiyone thinks she's finally found the perfect place to live. But it ends as Mihoshi shows up, causing her to go berserk and leave town. The episode then ends as Kiyone rides the train to the next town, but while she's riding the train, Washu manages to cancel this world.

The third episode of this series shows Mihoshi's world as she is the wife of Tenchi, and their daughter is Sasami. Ryo-oki is their pet, Ayeka is the grumpy sister in law living with them, and Ryoko is the neighbor next door trying to get to Tenchi. The episode shows everyone going to work or school, and Mihoshi stays home to do all the housework. Ayeka, who is known as the old bag, stays home as well, and complains at Mihoshi to clean up the entire house. Mihoshi then goes to market to buy food, and as she's coming home, she decides to chat with her collage roommate Kiyone. After finally reaching home, Ryoko comes to her house and asks if she could borrow some soy sauce, as well as where Tenchi is. The episode then ends as Ayeka and Mihoshi are yelling at Ryoko on why she's trying to steal Tenchi away, but everything disappears as Washu cancels this world.

The last world shown in this series is Ryoko's world, where she and Tenchi are bank robbers, Ayeka is the millionare who is to marry Tenchi, and Mihoshi and Kiyone who are the police trying to catch Ryoko. The story begins on how Ryoko and Tenchi became known as the most wanted criminals in the USA on the news, and how the police are still after them. Ayeka then posts a $1 million dollar reward for the capture of Ryoko, and Kiyone and Mihoshi ask why she did that. Ayeka explains that she's impatient on the police to capture her and that she gonna find her herself. She then takes a double-barrel shotgun, and goes berserk again, as she blows up the roof. Meanwhile, Ryoko and Tenchi talk about how much fun their having until Washu shows up and is ready to cancel this world. However, Ryoko has to shut down the program, since she was the one who started it. But Ryoko yells out saying she doesn't want this world to end, and runs away. She eventually comes back after thinking about it for a while. Tenchi the becomes worried about how Ryoko feels, but she tells him to not worry about it. Soon Ryoko's world is canceled and everything is back to normal. The Time and Space adventure ends as Tenchi gives an apple to Ryoko, and they both stare into the sky.(kodak moment)

Episode 14: No Need for an Rebellion
This episode begins as Jurain warriors come to earth, and take away Tenchi's entire house, as well as everyone in it except for Tenchi, his grandfather, and Ryo-oki. Tenchi, after hearing the noise and seeing the Jurian ship, runs up to where he finds his house gone. His grandfather shows up and asks if he's ok, and suddenly, a small space pod crashes back on earth, and Washu, Mihoshi, Kiyone, and Tenchi's dad come out of it. Washu explains that the warriors of Jurai have arrested Ayeka, Sasami, and Ryoko for treason. Everybody then gets into Kiyone's ship, Yagami, and go after them. Washu brings out a small invention of her that looks like a door which can teleport them on to the Jurian ship. However, it has a limited range, and the ship has to be close enough for them to teleport on it. After finding the ship, Kiyone tries to stall Jurains as they get close enough for the portal to work. But the ship's captain tells them to turn back, or they'll fire on them. Luckily, Washu, Tenchi, his dad and grandfather, and Ryo-oki manage to teleport on the ship, while Kiyone and Mihoshi turn the ship around and go away. Everybody on the Jurain ship then tries to find Ryoko, Ayeka, and Sasami. But they get stopped by about 100 Jurain warriors. This is the part where you get to see Tenchi and his grandfather kick butt!, as they manage to knock out everyone. They then locate everybody, and Ryo-oki transforms into the space as they fly away.

Episode 15: No Need for Escape
The story begins with Mihoshi and Kiyone returning to GP HQ to report on what has happened. Kiyone is asked to talk to the detective sergent, while Mihoshi goes to the cafeteria to eat. Kiyone then meets an old friend of hers, Mitsuki, who's a total jerk as she blabs about how great her life is. Meanwhile, Mihoshi hears about how her friends are now criminals on the news, and decides to look for Kiyone on what has happened. However, Kiyone already knows this as one of the Jurai councilmen and the commisoner shows up telling Kiyone on what has happened to the government, and that they have a new ruler. (In this part, you find out a lot about the Jurain government) He then asks her if she knows where her friends are, and Kiyone lies to him saying that she doesn't know where they are. She then leaves, and the two men disscuss their plan to capture the fugitives. But unaware to them, Mihoshi is standing behind them and listening in. The two men are then surprised and ask how much she heard of their plan. Mihoshi tells them that she hasn't heard their plan on capturing the fugitivies and runs away. Suddenly, GP HQ is under alert on capturing Kiyone and Mihoshi. Kiyone is eventually surrounded by all the guards, and her friend Mitsuki arrested her. But Mihoshi saves the day, as she crashes in to the space station, and rescues Kiyone. They then fly away, meet up with their friends, and give them escort out of that area, as they are being under attack by the GP. Tenchi's grandfather decides that they should go to planet Jurai to find out what's going on, and soon everybody agrees that's what they must do to clear their name.

Episode 16: No Need for Hiding
This episode begins at Tenchi's house that's inside Yagami's storage area, where everybody is relaxing and having a good time. Meanwhile, Kiyone and Sasami find something on their radar and try to call everyone up here, but no one's listening, since they're all singing karoke. Eventually, Kiyone goes up there, and yells at everyone on why they aren't listening. She explains to them that they're running out of fuel, and since they spent the money on the karoke machine, they have to get jobs. Everybody then establishes a small bar on a nearby planet in order to make money, but to everyone's surprise, Naga shows up in their bar. She asks Tenchi's grandfather if he's seen Ryoko, and he answers to her by lying, saying that they just opened up and hasn't seen her. Nagi then leaves, but Ayeka gives her the bill which is an outragous 11,000 Jurian money. An angry Nagi leaves the bar yelling out that she'll never come back again. As the bar closes, an explosion occurs because Mihoshi forgets to turn of the gas. The entire group is now on the run again with the GP on their tale. They manage to get away though, thanks to Nagi who accidentally helped Ryoko get away instead of capturing her.

Episode 17: No Need for Hunger
In this episode, the ship yagami breaks down, and the food supply on the ship is all gone, thanks to Ryo-oki eating all the carrots. Everybody blames not only Ryo-oki, but Ryoko as well for helping Ryo-oki get away with it. Meanwhile, Washu is asked if she could fix the ship, and after some more pitiful groveling, is finally convinced to fix the ship. (you see her puppets again in this part) After taking care of the ship problem, Ayeka orders Ryoko to go on a nearby planet by herself to buy more food. Ryoko agrees and is handed all the money that they all have, and flys away on Ryo-oki. But, instead of buying groceries like Ryoko was supposed to, she spends it on sake, and gambles most of it away. However, Ryoko is able to win a lot of jackpot money, making her the richest person on the planet. But she still forgets about buying food for everyone, and starts stuffing her face by going to all the expensive resturants on the planet. Meanwhile, back on the ship, everyone is starving to death, and prays that Ryoko comes back in time. Unfortunately, Ryoko is still having a good time and relaxing until Ryo-oki finally convinces her to go home. She decides that Ryo-oki is right and starts to buy the groceries before heading home. The only problem though, is that she spent all the money on her little vacation leaving her broke. She then gets an idea of robbing a bank, and flys away back to Yagami. Everybody is happy to see her, but become unhappy to find stolen money with her instead of food. Soon everybody is under attack by thousands of GP ships. They're all now back on the run again, and are all still starving to death.

Episode 18: No Need for Ghosts
This episode starts out with everybody sleeping. Mihoshi and Kiyone are driving the ship until all of a sudden they enter the area known as the ship graveyard. Suddenly all the power goes out, and objects start floating in the air. Soon, a ghost of a little girl comes through Sasami's mirror, and asks if she could play with her. As they go away, Tenchi comes in trying to save her, but it's too late, and he wakes everybody up and tells them and Sasami and Ryo-oki are gone. Everybody decides to go on the ship, and to split up to look for her. Meanwhile, Sasami and her new friend, Miray, talk about how she can go through walls. Miray explains that she doesn't know how she became like this, and that her picture is her only clue. After talking, they begin to have tons a fun, scaring everybody, and playing with Sasami's past memories. But eventually, Sasami says she has to go home, and is sorry that she couldn't stay longer. Miray then brings her back to the ship and says goodbye to her. Back at the cockpit of the ship, everybody has just finished searching the ship, and try to develop a new plan on finding her. Suddenly, Sasami shows up and says hello to everyone. Everyone asks what happen to her, but all of a sudden, the power is back on and everybody continues their journey to planet Jurai. Back at the ghost ship, the ghost's picture changes, showing her, Sasami, and Ryo-oki, symbolizing that they'll always be friends forever.

Episode 19: No Need for Runaways
In this episode, everybody is eating a isolated space station resturant, while Tenchi's dad and grandfather are playing Chinese chess against each other. During their meal, two theives named Amarube and Yura hijack the ship Yagami. They soon fly away, but Tenchi and the gang are able to see what's happen before they disappear. Ryoko summons Ryo-oki, and everybody, except Ayeka and Sasami who are eating like slugs, goes after their own hijacked ship. Sasami and Ayeka yell out, calling them to come back, but they soon disappear, and they get stuck doing dishes to pay their bill. Meanwhile on the ship, Tenchi's dad and grandfather don't even know that they're being hijacked, and the hijackers discuss their plan on what to do. Eventually they get spotted by a GP camera, and are mistaken for the Jurain's most wanted fugitives. Soon, they're being chased by an entire army of GP space ships, which is heading straight for a giant sun. Meanwhile, everybody else on Ryo-oki are following Yagami trying to figure out how to get it back. Ryoko decides to use operation speed up Ryo-oki by feeding her some hot peppers. They eventually catch up and board on the ship where they find the two hijackers blanked out from all the action. Washu then gets an idea on how to get away from the GP by using the gravity of the sun to pull them out of danger. Everybody soon gets away and ejects the two hijackers in a space pod for the GP to take away. Tenchi then runs to his house to check on his family to see if they're okay, but to his amazement, they didn't even know that they were hijacked. Suddenly, Tenchi remebers that they left Sasami and Ayeka behind at the resturant.

Episode 20: No Need for Swimsuits
In this episode, everyone lands on a nearby planet trying to earn some money to pay for Yagami's repairs. They set up a small shop next to a beach to see if they can get any customers, but so far, business is doing very badly. But suddenly, the gang hears an anoucement saying that they giving away 1,000,000 Jurai to the lucky winner of the swimsuit contest. Soon all the girls try to find the sexist swimsuit that they can wear to win the contest. Suddenly, Nagi appears asking for a drink, but sees Ryoko and yells at her that they should do battle. Ryoko instantly agrees, but asks her to wait since she has to try to win the swimsuit contest. Nagi agrees, and suprisely to me, wishes Ryoko luck. Eventually all the girls are registered and wait for the competition to start. Tenchi, his dad and grandpa, and Sasami watch the contest and hope that one of their friends will win. The contest starts and everybody shows off their body, first it's Ayeka, Ryoko, Kiyone, and Mihoshi. Other swimsuit contesters show up as well, and just when the judges are about to decide, Nagi appears and ask to participate as well. The judges agree, and she shows her body in the most revealing swimsuit out of all the contesters. The judges make their decision, and Nagi wins shocking everyone. Ryoko then gets mad, takes the money away, and drives Yagami into space telling everyone that she'll meet them there. Tenchi asks Ryo-oki to transform, and soon everybody leaves the planet behind and an angry Nagi, again who is yelling at Ryoko that she'll never escape. The gang then continue their journey towards planet Jurai.

Episode 21: No Need for a Checkpoint
The story continues as the gang still try to reach planet Jurai. (you get to see Sasami as a very young girl, and her uncle) They're nearly there, but in order to continue, they have to pass the Jurain checkpoint in order to go on. Washu tells everyone to wear a disguise, and that she'll take care of the ship and everybody's DNA so that nobody can recognize who they are. So far everything is okay, but Tenchi for some strange reason, has a boyfriend, possibly from the disguise he has as a girl. But soon everything goes wrong as the clumsey Mihoshi accidently brings a GP blaster and her true i.d. Soon the whole station is alerted, and the gang is trying to make back to the ship. They get seperated into two groups which are Ayeka, Washu, Kiyone, and Tenchi's dad and grandpa, while another group is Tenchi, Mihoshi, Sasami, and Ryoko. But more things go wrong as Sasami is seperated and eventually caught in one of the Jurain traps. Tenchi's group tries to find her, but run into a lot of Jurain guards. Suddenly, his boyfriends shows up out of nowhere and tosses him a weapon, where you see again, him knocking out every single soldier. Meanwhile, back at the trap where Sasami is, a man comes up and opens the gates and sets her somewhere where Tenchi's gang eventually finds her. Soon both seperated groups join, and head toward the gate of their ship. But another trap is triggered, and Ryo-oki is forced to transform in order for everyone to escape. Soon, everybody boards Yagami and head for Jurai. You find out in the end that Sasami's uncle and Tenchi's boyfriend helped all of them escape from the station and setting Sasami free from that trap.

Episode 22: No Need for Knights
In this episode, you see Yamagi flying in space heading for Jurai, but they soon get caught by one of Jurai's ships, and are forced to flee. Tenchi's grandpa suggests going to the Sacred Place, which shocks Tenchi on how he knew of this. But his plan works, because in order for someone to go there, they must permission from the council, causing the Jurai ship to turn away. Yagami, eventually lands on a planet where Tenchi's grandfather says this is where they can get help. Everybody enters the tomb of the two great Jurain Knights who are to protect and help the current Jurain king. Azaka and Kamadake use all of their power to bring back the two knights while Yosho, or Tenchi's grandfather summons the Jurain power to awaken them. Soon the two knights awaken who are named Azaka and Kamadake, and now the gang has two new members to help them on their mission. However, they also lose two current members Azaka and Kamadake (the logs), since they used up all their power to revive the knights. After awakening them, Tenchi's grandfather reveals to everyone that he is Yosho, plus a lot of other family secrets as well. He also tells Tenchi that he's a Jurain also. But suddenly, the Jurain ship that was after them, finally gets permission to enter, and attacks everyone. The two knights power up and destroy the ship in one blow. Before everyone leaves, they honor the logs that were Azaka and Kamadake. The human version, Azaka and Kamadake go along with the gang, and begin heading towards Jurai.

Episode 23: No Need for Karma
This episode shows Yagami landing on some sort of planet, that Yosho suggested hiding on. On this planet, Yosho tells everyone who they're fighting against, who happens to be a friend of Yosho, until he became corrupted of evil, and his name is Kagato. Yosho basically tells everyone about how Kagato became evil, and how he defeated him in battle. During the nighttime, while everyone is having dinner, Ayeka talks to Tenchi about him staying on Jurai and taking the throne since he's a Jurain, but Tenchi doesn't know what to tell or say to her, since he doesn't want to take the throne. Ryoko over hears this and disappears into the sky. After this happens, Yosho who is alone somewhere, meets Kagato, and goes into battle. He unleashes all kinds of attacks and energy beams, but it has no affect on Kagato. Kagato then finishes him with just one blow, until Ryoko comes to help Yosho out. But Ryoko is fatally wounded and falls to the ground. Everybody soon shows up to see what's going on, but Kagato flys away, taking Ayeka as bait and tells Tenchi to come and get her if he can. The wounded Yosho gives Tenchi the sword called Tenchi, which turns Jurai's power into a blade that was used to defeat him. Everybody takes the wounded Ryoko and Yosho on to Yagami, and head toward Jurai to save Ayeka.

Episode 24: No Need for Ryoko
The story continues as everyone is taking care of the wounded. Tenchi is beginning to have doubts that he can defeat Kagato, but Washu says that he has the power that can surpass Kagato's. Suddenly, Yagami is under attack by a fleet of Jurain ships, causing them to flee. But thanks to Nagi, Yagami is able to hide from the fleet under an asteroid. They then disscuss the plan on what they should do to save Ayeka with Nagi, who doesn't really want to help. Meanwhile, Tenchi is thinking about what he should do, and as he's about to leave the room with Yosho in it, Ryoko appears begging him to stay and to not risk his life for Ayeka and to go away with her. Tenchi tells her that he wishes he could go, but it would be wrong to forsake her, and tells her that he's going to save Ayeka. Ryoko then says that she can help get him inside the castle. The group then seperates into two. Tenchi, Ryoko, Azaka, and Kamadake go in Ryo-oki and try to enter while everyone else goes on Yagami and tries to defend them from the fleet. Nagi agrees to help out, and soon, an all out battle begins. Ken-oki disguised as Ryo-oki flys in and distracts the fleet away from the planet, while the real Ryo-oki flys in and breaks through the security. Soon, Ken-oki reveals his identity and take out about half the fleet. Ryo-oki are about to enter the planet, but are held back by a sheild of lasers. Ryoko flys in and takes out one of them, causing a chain of explosions for all the machines. Ryo-oki is then able to enter the planet, and goes through a wall of crystal bombs. They eventually get to their destination where Tenchi, Azaka, and Kamadake go inside the castle thanking her. Ryoko stays behind and goes back into space where she becomes unconcious and a stream of blood flows down her arm.

Episode 25: No Need for a Showdown
Meanwhile back in space, Washu uses the portal to enter a security station controlling the shields. She then implants a virus after one of the Jurains set the station to self-destruct. They get out in time, and half of the remain Jurain fleet is now disable thanks to Washu's virus, but they're still trying to get away from the rest of the fleet chasing them. The episode goes to Tenchi and his guardians who enter the castle and meet the two evil guardians of Jurai. The first one is taken out by Azaka, while the second evil knight takes out Kamadake. Tenchi is then alone as he faces Kagato by himself. Back in space, Nagi leaves, but before she does, she takes out an entire fleet surrounding her. The Yagami ship is soon totally knocked out, and is forced to crash land, causing everyone to prey for Tenchi. In the castle, Azaka and Kamadake defeat both evil knights and fall to the floor of extreme exhaustion. Tenchi finally meets Kagato, and begin to battle. So far it looks like Tenchi will lose, until Ayeka tries to help him. But she gets knocked out, and as Kagato tries to kill her, Tenchi unleashes his power of both Jurai and Earth on Kagato which kills him. After defeating him, Ayeka and Tenchi embrace in their victory.

Episode 26: No Need for a Conclusion
This episode shows what happens to each character after the battle with Kagato. After defeating Kagato, the truth finally came out to the public, which shocked everyone which cleared the gang's name. Ayeka became the crown ruler of Jurai, and all who were with Kagato left. Azaka and Kamadake the logs, are now revived, and continue to guard Ayeka. Sasami currently lives with the human guardians, and plays a lot of video games with Azaka. Mihoshi and Kiyone were promoted to Detective Sergent, and Kiyone is now finally happy, after having so much bad luck. Washu became president of the Science and Space Academy, but was later kicked out after building a weapon that would destroy the universe. Ryoko is currently missing, and Nagi is still in search for her. Tenchi decides not to become prince and returns home. His dad and grandpa have fully healed, and are back to normal. The episode then moves to Earth where Tenchi now lives. Everything is the same, and the scene takes back to the first episode as Tenchi remembers again about how it all started. But he feels a little sad now that everyone's gone. As he's walking down the path towards school, Ryoko suddenly appears, and tells him that she will win him over Ayeka fair and square. She also tells him that everyone is coming back as well. Washu's closet in Tenchi's house starts to flicker. The shadow of Mihoshi and Kiyone show up over their old apartment, and Sasami recieves a letter that Ayeka has run away, and Sasami decides to follow as well since she knows she's gone back for Tenchi. The two human and log guardians follow as well. The episode ends as Ryoko and Tenchi walk away hugging each other and Ryo-oki following behind.
